Meet the Team

Summer CRENSHAW

Co-Founder + CEO

Summer Crenshaw has never waited for a seat at the table — she builds the table and invites everyone worth knowing to sit down. As the founder and successful exit of Tiller, she became the first woman in Cincinnati to raise over $1M in funding for the company, ultimately securing $14M and holding multiple pre-agentic AI patents along the way. She didn't just build a company; she helped shape what AI entrepreneurship looked like in this region before most people knew what to call it.

She founded ETA with a clear purpose: bring the highest-level minds together to solve the problems that actually matter, while making sure more women have a voice in those rooms and a light to follow out of them.

Jenny Leavitt

Zack Huhn

Co-Founder + Chairman

Zack Huhn has spent his career solving problems that don't fit neatly inside any one industry or jurisdiction. From smart cities and future transportation to smart agriculture, he's built coalitions across sectors and borders, including helping launch the Smart Cities Caucus in the 115th U.S. Congress as a bipartisan effort spanning dozens of House and Senate members. The United Nations recognized him as a top 50 global smart cities leader three years running.

What ties all of it together is a belief that the right people, aligned around the right problems, can move things that feel immovable. That's what brought him to ETA, and what makes him show up every day for what's being built here.

Marketing Director

Jenny Leavitt has spent the better part of a decade building brands that connect people to something bigger than a product. Since founding her marketing agency in 2018, she's worked across industries from helping authors reach bestseller lists to scaling personal development brands and ad agencies, always with the same belief: the right story, told to the right people, changes things.

Joining ETA felt like a natural next chapter. Jenny believes in what happens when sharp, motivated people get in the same room, the ideas that surface, the connections that form, the problems that finally get solved. That's exactly what ETA is built for, and exactly why she's here.
