Participate in Workshops
Attend certificate-eligible workshop and training sessions. All qualifying sessions are logged automatically via ETA's mobile event app throughout the event.

Accumulate Credits
Credits accumulate across sessions, events, and programs. Progress is tracked toward your chosen certification pathway — credits don't expire between ETA events.

Earn Your Credential
Once pathway requirements are complete, receive your ETA professional certification — digital badge, certificate, and LinkedIn credential ready to share with your network.
