Call for Speakers, Sponsors, and AI Trainers

Submissions are open for the rest of the 2026 AI Week season and for the cities returning in 2027. ETA members and sponsors are reviewed first.

ETA builds the rooms where AI adoption actually gets decided: the operators piloting it, the leaders funding it, the workforce being trained for it. Filling those rooms takes three kinds of people, and we are recruiting all three right now.

We are opening submissions for speakers, sponsors, and AI trainers across the AI Week series and ETA programs nationwide. Whether you have led a deployment worth talking about, want your organization in front of a regional AI audience, or teach AI skills for a living, there is a place for you on the 2026 and 2027 calendar.

Priority review

ETA members and sponsors go to the front of the queue for speaking slots, training assignments, and market selection. If you are not a member yet, join first and then submit. It changes where your name lands in the stack.

What we are looking for

Speakers

Practitioners over pundits. Sessions that show the work: what you deployed, what it cost, what broke, what changed for the people doing the job.

  • Keynotes, fireside chats, and panels
  • Hands on workshops and technical deep dives
  • Sector tracks including manufacturing, automation, robotics, space, healthcare, government, and financial services
  • Workforce, policy, and responsible adoption

Sponsors

Reach the regional decision makers who control AI budgets, hiring, and vendor selection, with visibility that runs well past the event itself.

  • Presenting, stage, and track sponsorships
  • Workshops, awards, and hospitality
  • Certification and workforce underwriting
  • Multi city and full season packages

AI Trainers

Deliver ETA certificate programming in person and virtually as we scale AI Ready programs across the country.

  • AI Explorer, AI Enabled Professional, and AI Enabled Leader tracks
  • Employer, government, and higher education cohorts
  • Statewide AI Ready initiatives and national programs
  • Curriculum contributors and assessment reviewers
