A professional community focused on wellness | Introducing LABS

Community Launch

ETA launches LABS, a professional community for living better, longer

The Enterprise Technology Association is launching the Longevity and Biohacking Society (LABS): a professional community built around wellness at work, at home, and in life. Explorer membership is free to join, and ETA members receive Explorer access as part of their ETA membership.

Careers are getting longer. The people building and deploying technology across the heartland are being asked to sustain high output over decades, not quarters. That makes health a professional concern, not just a personal one, and it puts working professionals in the path of an industry that sells far more certainty than the evidence supports.

LABS exists to close that gap. It is a professional community for health-curious people who want to extend their healthspan, optimize performance, and stay ahead of the research, without wading through the noise to get there. It is science-backed, peer-driven, and built to the same standard ETA applies to its AI education work: if we cannot verify it, we do not publish it.

Four pillars of practice

Everything in LABS is organized around four evidence-based domains. Each pillar carries its own cheat sheet library, community discussions, and programming.

Longevity

Healthspan extension, epigenetics, biological aging markers, and the interventions with the strongest evidence behind them.

Performance

Cognitive optimization, sleep architecture, HRV, recovery, and stress physiology for sustainable high performance.

Biohacking

CGM, peptides, cold and heat therapy, photobiomodulation, wearables, and emerging protocols.

AI and Health

AI-driven diagnostics, precision medicine, digital biomarkers, and the tools that help you act on your own data.

The fourth pillar is where LABS and ETA meet. Precision medicine and digital biomarkers are an applied AI problem, and the professionals in the ETA network are already fluent in the underlying tooling. Browse the cheat sheet library to see how the pillars are structured.

Three founding communities

LABS hosts three peer groups on Circle, available to PRO members and above:

  • Women in Wellness

A dedicated space for women navigating longevity, hormonal health, and performance, grounded in research specific to women's physiology.

  • Lead Well Leadership Circle

For executives focused on the intersection of leadership performance, cognitive health, and sustainable output across a long career.

  • Biohackers Social

A peer community for members actively running protocols: wearables, labs, CGM, cold and heat therapy, supplements.

The Circle community is being set up now and opens with the full LABS launch. Approved PRO and Leader applicants receive their invites when it opens.

Membership

LABS is free to join. Explorer is the starting point for every member and stays free, with no credit card required. PRO and Leader are by application during the founding period, which lets LABS build the right community from the start and respond to every applicant within five business days.

The editorial standard

The longevity and biohacking space has a noise problem. LABS exists because professionals deserve better, so everything published has to be accurate, verifiable, and free of claims that cannot be supported.

  • Claims are cited. Every factual claim links to a primary source or peer-reviewed study.
  • All links verified. Every URL is checked before going live and audited regularly.
  • Partners are vetted, not purchased. No brand enters the directory without meeting the evidence standard.
  • Nuance is acknowledged. When research is preliminary or contested, LABS says so explicitly.
  • No paid editorial. Partners cannot buy placement in LABS content or cheat sheets.
  • LABS is not your doctor. Nothing LABS publishes is medical advice.
