Enterprise Technology Association (ETA) is growing quickly — and so is our need for creative talent. We’re looking for a Digital Content Manager who can help us tell our story, amplify our events, and connect with leaders shaping the future of AI and enterprise technology. We’re hiring this role as a part-time contractor to start, with the goal of converting into a full-time employee position as ETA continues to grow.

We’re growing fast and looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content Manager to join our team. This role will report to our Growth Marketing Specialist and will be central to managing our digital presence across our AI Week websites and social channels as well as our ETA website and social channels, driving engagement, and supporting the execution of our marketing campaigns.

About the Role: Digital Content Manager
This role is central to managing our digital presence across websites, AI Week city campaigns, and social channels. You’ll be responsible for keeping our audience informed and inspired — and ensuring our content delivers real value to enterprise and startup leaders alike.
What You’ll Do
As Content Manager, you’ll take full ownership of daily content execution. Your responsibilities will include:
Content Creation & Repurposing
Develop, organize, and manage editorial calendars across ETA’s channels.
Write, edit, and publish content (social, blog, email, event copy).]
Repurpose content across formats — turning videos into clips, long posts into carousels, recaps into threads, etc.
Social Media Management & Engagement
Run multiple social media accounts simultaneously
Publish content consistently and on schedule.
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions to engage with the community and boost visibility.
Amplify content from partners, speakers, and sponsors.
Design & Visual Systems
Use Canva (or similar) to create professional graphics for campaigns, speaker spotlights, and events.
Build and maintain a library of branded templates to streamline recurring content types.
Event Support
Coordinate digital promotion for ETA events and AI Week campaigns.
(Optional, if applicable) Capture and post live content at select events — occasional travel or evening availability may be required.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
1–3 years of professional experience in content, social media, or digital marketing (internships count!).
Highly organized, with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Strong eye for design and proficiency with Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and community building.
Familiarity with LinkedIn B2B marketing a plus.
